Have advised a range of large clients including multinational clients on structuring of transaction to optimize tax incidence and assisted clients in compliance. Extensive experience of appearances before tax adjudication and appellate authorities including ITAT, CESTAT, High Court and Supreme Court., • Authored and co-authored several published articles on issues concerning indirect taxes, company law, competition law and FDI Policy etc. Also helped the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in preparation of course materials in Indirect Taxes for its various Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programmes and professional examinations and in updating the indirect tax study material for the CA Final Exam.
