Henning Harte-Bavendamm, Allen & Overy IP and commercial partner in Hamburg, has set up his own boutique practice, taking three associates with him. He will open under the name Harte-Bavendamm Rechtsanwälte and will focus on IP, IT commercial and licensing law.
