US firm Reed Smith boost London structured finance practice with BLP hire
US firm Reed Smith has boosted its structured finance practice in London, with the hire of UK firm Berwin Leighton Paisner's structured finance chief Tamara Box.
Box’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitisation transactions, derivatives, debt capital markets and debt restructurings.
This high profile departure from Berwin Leighton follows moves to restructure the firm's finance practice in an attempt to focus on more profitable areas of work.
