King & Spalding LLP is an American law firm, founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1885 by Alexander C. King and Jack Spalding. It has a London-based international arm, King & Spalding International LLP, which opened in 2003.

In 2007, the firm has started to expand nationally and internationally after embarking on a new strategy to emphasize such industry practice areas as health care, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices and energy. The firm also has targeted product liability, professional responsibility, international arbitration, patent litigation, antitrust and government investigation. On the transactional side, King & Spalding focused on Islamic finance, private equity, securities and M&A.
